Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of tinypose ("we," "our," "the Service"). tinypose is an independent platform that uses third-party AI models to generate newborn portrait images. By using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. AI Disclosure

tinypose is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any underlying AI model provider. We use third-party AI models, including fal.ai, to generate portrait images based on user-uploaded photos and photographer-designed pose templates.

3. Permitted Use

tinypose is designed exclusively for creating studio-quality newborn and baby portrait images. You may use the Service to:

• Generate portrait images of your own child or a child for whom you have parental or legal guardian consent.
• Download, print, share, and frame generated portraits for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use tinypose to create, upload, or attempt to generate any of the following:

• Explicit or sexually suggestive content — Any nudity, sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive material of any kind, including AI-generated content.
• NSFW content — Any content that would be considered "not safe for work," offensive, obscene, or inappropriate.
• Harmful or exploitative content — Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates harm, abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of children or any other person.
• Deceptive or fraudulent content — Using generated images to deceive, defraud, impersonate, or mislead others.
• Hateful or violent content — Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, violence, or harassment.
• Illegal content — Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Unauthorized use of others' likeness — Uploading photos of children without proper parental or guardian consent.

5. Content Moderation

All prompts submitted to our AI generation pipeline are screened through a content moderation system before processing. We reserve the right to reject any prompt or input that violates this policy. We also monitor generated outputs and may remove content that violates our policies.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the images you generate using the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload any photos used with our Service.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to, at our sole discretion:

• Remove or refuse to generate any content that violates this AUP.
• Suspend or terminate your account without notice for violations.
• Report illegal content or activity to law enforcement authorities.
• Cooperate with law enforcement investigations as required by law.

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it immediately to contact@tinypose.co.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
